What each partner type gets
Real estate agents
Your listing is one cleanout away from photography. We clear it, broom it, and send you the after photos directly so you can book the photographer without a second call. Pre-listing cleanouts are the single fastest way to move a stale estate property, and we can usually turn one in a day.
Property managers & landlords
Turnover work booked around your move-out date, invoiced to the entity with the property address on the invoice, net-15 after the first job. Timestamped before-and-after photos for the deposit file whether you ask for them or not.
Estate & probate attorneys
Your client is an executor who lives in another state and has never done this. We handle the walkthrough on video, run a documented set-aside pass for documents and valuables, and deliver a photo package that closes the question of what was in the house. We can also hold a slot against a hearing date.
Senior move managers & downsizers
We are the removal half of your job. You sort, we clear, and we schedule around a move date rather than around our route.

The documentation package
Every partner job closes with the same file, whether you asked for it or not:
- Timestamped before photos — every room from the doorway, every exterior elevation
- At least one during shot proving the clear
- After photos at matching angles, in matching room order
- Weight tickets for every load, showing a permitted facility
- The invoice, referencing the property address and any file or asset number you give us
- All of it as one PDF, not fourteen email attachments
Why this matters: a mismatched or incomplete photo set is the most common reason a trash-out invoice gets kicked back, and the second most common reason a security deposit dispute goes badly. The full standard is here.
Partner questions
Do you pay referral fees?
We do not pay per-referral cash to licensees — that gets complicated fast under real estate license rules and it is not worth anyone's license. What partners get instead is priority scheduling, a direct line that does not go through the general queue, locked account pricing, and co-branded before/after photo sets they can use in their own marketing.
What are the payment terms?
Net-15 after your first completed job, net-30 once you are running volume. Invoiced to the entity with the property address referenced.
How fast can you bid?
Same business day from photos. Same or next day for an on-site walkthrough.
Can you hold a date?
Yes. Partner accounts get slots held against a known close, move-out or hearing date, and we do not release them to retail bookings.
