Pick how you want it hauled

  • Trailer on site. We park a dump trailer for the duration at $575 a week, with disposal billed at the scale ticket. Text when it is full and we swap it for $195 plus the load.
  • Scheduled pulls. A weekly haul, or one timed to a milestone. Give us the inspection date and we will be there the day before.
  • One-off clear. A fixed bid for a single construction debris load, priced before we load.

Heavy material

Concrete, tile, brick and roofing fill the trailer's weight long before they fill its space. Past the first ton, heavy material is $95 a ton, and we price it before we load.

North County Landfill takes construction and demolition debris. It bills large concrete, stumps, long pipe, large beams and treated wood as hard-to-handle at $123.97 a ton (effective 2026-01-01). Clean concrete and dirt can be far cheaper than mixed loads; the concrete and dirt guide explains why.

Diversion paperwork

If your permit requires a construction waste management plan with diversion percentages, tell us at the start. We route loads to a facility that reports it and give you the documentation.

Every load gets a scale ticket regardless, so you have a weight record for every pull.

What we will not haul

Asbestos-containing material needs a licensed abatement contractor, and we will tell you so rather than load it. Contaminated soil is out too. Paint, solvents and other hazardous waste do not ride in the trailer.

Questions from general contractors

Can you leave a trailer on my site for the whole remodel?

Yes, and on a long job that is usually the cheapest way. $575 a week plus disposal, with swaps at $195 plus the load.

Can you clear the site before an inspection?

Give us the inspection date and we will be there the day before.

Do you give weight tickets for diversion reporting?

Yes. Every load gets a scale ticket. If your permit needs diversion percentages, tell us at the start and we route to a facility that reports it.

How do you price concrete and tile?

By weight. It is $95 a ton past the first ton, because a half-full trailer of concrete is already a full legal load.

Set up jobsite hauling.

Tell us the site address, the schedule, and roughly what is coming out. One-offs get a fixed bid; repeat work gets an account rate.
