The fastest way to get a real number
Text one wide photo from the doorway of whatever room, garage or yard needs clearing. One photo answers almost every question we would otherwise ask: how much there is, how big the pieces are, whether there are stairs, and whether anything needs two people. It turns a fifteen-minute phone call into a two-minute one, and it gets you a firm price instead of a range.
If you cannot photograph it — the property is across the state, or it is a hoarding situation you would rather not document on your own phone — call and say so. We will do a video walkthrough with you, or drive out and look at it. Both are free.
What happens after you call
During business hours a person answers, and it is usually the person who will be doing the job. We ask what it is, where it is, and when you need it gone. If it is a straightforward haul you get a price on that call. If it is a cleanout, a trash-out or a hoarding job, we book a walkthrough and you get a fixed written bid after it — not an hourly rate with an estimate attached.
If we miss you, you get a call back inside 60 seconds during business hours. That is not a marketing promise, it is the reason this business can compete with a national brand sitting on 2,600 reviews: in this industry the customer is usually calling three numbers in one sitting, and the first one to actually answer generally gets the job.
Before you call, it helps to know
- Whether anything is coming down stairs, and how many flights
- Whether we can back a trailer near the pile or it is a long carry
- Whether there is a refrigerator, freezer or AC unit (refrigerant recovery is a separate line)
- Whether any of it is concrete, dirt, roofing or tile — that prices by weight, not volume
- Your date, and whether it is hard or flexible
None of these change the price after the fact if you forget one. They just get you a firmer number on the first call.
